About Us

The ALS Association Louisiana-Mississippi Chapter, founded in 2005, is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the fight against ALS on all fronts: care services, advocacy and research. Our programs include in-home consultations, assistance with healthcare navigation, support groups for patients and caregivers, multidisciplinary clinical care, respite for caregivers, a durable medical equipment and assistive technology loan closet, education and awareness activities, advocacy on behalf of people living with ALS, and support for research for treatments and a cure.
